Whether it's a small job, or it's a property that you want prepared for sale, to let or for you to live in, we will come with bags of advice. We take a brief as to the main aim of the works and write up an assessment on site in preparation for our recommendation. We then prepare a detailed specification for contractors based on our recommendations and an estimate for the job in total. If you wish to press the button and go ahead with us, the cost of the consultation and proposal is naturally deducted from the end total.

We act on your behalf as your liaison with suppliers and contractors, managing the project for you from start to finish, ensuring that to the best of anyone's ability, the project is completed on time and to budget. We act as client liaison‚ to ensure that everyone knows whose side of the fence we are on.
