The previous tenants moved out after seven years and left a shambles, having ripped out the light fittings, knocked holes in the walls and stained the carpets. The brief was to turn it around in minimum time at minimum budget whilst improving it significantly for a tough market.

The project was completed in seven weeks, and the flat was subsequently let at a higher rent after being empty for one year.
