We visit you and compile a detailed list of everything that we would recommend being done in order to maximise your property’s potential and help it sell or let more quickly. Bear in mind that what might be right for letting isn’t necessarily the right thing for a quick sale. It may be as simple as erecting some storage, eliminating signs of wear and tear and modernising a bathroom in the most cost effective way.

Part of the service is also identifying and finishing off all those little jobs that never seem to get done.

When the job’s complete, we leave a list of tips to keep the property ready to ‘show’ at a moments notice - much more helpful and practical than baking bread!
