House in Hampstead for owner occupation:

The space was huge, but the configuration needed reworking to make it more effective. Nothing had been touched for 15 years and so everything had to be overhauled in the process. Pre works valuation of £895,000, post works £1.4m, at a cost of £90,000.

The work included structural and layout changes, the design and installation of three new bathrooms and a kitchen, the creation of a nursery, complete redecoration, excavation of fireplaces plus restoring the original parquet floor, rewiring to bring it up to standard, new radiators, reinstating a floor that collapsed due to rot, and installation of new lighting sensitive to period details.

The project was completed in 4.5 months.
